On March 7, Nordic Equities Asset Management arranged a well-attended lunch presentation with about 40 participants at the Elite Plaza Hotel in Gothenburg. CEO Hans Wallenstam talked about how 2018 was for the real estate industry and Wallenstam. Hans told us in particular that Wallenstam had achieved a profit of more than 1 billion, corresponding figure when he took office in 1991 was -50 million.
