On Monday, November 5thwe organized a presentation with Odd Arild Grefstad, CEO of Storebrand at Sällskapet in Stockholm. Odd touched on the basic fact that people are becoming increasingly interested in smart savings and how part of the company’s main objective is to possess a unique position within such growing market. Odd also described how a new savings culture is emerging where private savings to pension increases more than private savings in bank accounts. In conclusion, Odd told us that Storebrand, in line with its goal, managed to reduce costs significantly and is expected to have a flat cost level by 2020, partly because of increasingly automated processes.
