Jonas Jakobson, founder of Nordic Equities, recently visited New York, Palo Alto and San Francisco, where he met with investors, economists, strategists and representatives of some of the world’s leading companies.
During the trip, meetings were held with, among others, Nvidia, Broadcom, Microsoft, Tesla, Amazon, Alphabet, Meta, Visa, Mastercard, Walt Disney and SpaceX.
Future growth and artificial intelligence were the focus of several of the meetings. During his travels in the US, Jonas has observed how interest in and the use of AI have grown among American companies. In a previous report on the US, he described how AI had made a clear breakthrough, with new solutions for both businesses and consumers, including so-called “digital colleagues”.
During his first visit to Nvidia in 2018, the company outlined several developments within artificial intelligence that have since gained much broader relevance. Digital development continues at a rapid pace, and AI is being used across an increasing number of areas within companies’ operations.
