Last week, another interesting lunch presentation was organized – this time with our portfolio company Epiroc and Karin Larsson, Head of IR. In short, Epiroc is an important productivity partner for mining and infrastructure customers in 150 countries. The company has technology that develops and provides equipment for e.g. drilling rigs, rock excavation and work for both surface and underground. The company’s focus on solutions in automation, digitization and electrification (with, for example, self-driving solutions for efficiency in the mining environment) also fits well with Nordic Equities’ investment themes “GURAIS” = Globalization, Urbanization, Robotification, AI, Internet and Standardization). We appreciate companies that conduct their business based on one or more of these future-relevant themes.
